I went to Rt 44 Toyota to buy my first new car as a newly graduated college student. My family has bought and leased cars here before ,and they had very positive experiences. My sales associate, Sean McCarey, was very helpful in explaining my options and working with me to find the option that fit me best. The college graduate rebate was a very nice plus as well. Over all I would defiantly recommend Rt 44 Toyota to anyone looking to buy their first new car. More
In a nut shell I needed a new car fast as on of our vehicles went down. Good experience with Terrance and Tony. In one night we haggled and came to a good deal. I needed the car fast and it was almost closing time. I met with Joel in finance and he seemed like a great guy. we got all the numbers crunched and the deal was all financed and ready the next day. When meeting with Joel he explained the computers were shut down because it was past closing but he would get me the final numbers the next day. Two days go by and after many unanswered calls I finally get a call from Joel. The deal is done and we will be registering your new car later today. It took a crow bar to get it out of him but I finally got the final numbers and they were incorrect. I was very upset and after speaking with the general manager he recommended we cancel the deal due to my dissatisfaction. He explained Toyota customer satisfaction survey is very important to them and he felt mine would not be so good. Due to that fact he cancelled my deal. Three days go by and I am still without a car. In my opinion it ended up being a good thing because I found Boch Toyota South and got a better deal and the color I actually wanted. More
This dealership does not have all of its ducks in a row. Make sure that if you do go here that you get everything (ie, title and other documentation)up front before you sign anything. The salespeople are friendly until they don't like what you have to say. The first time could be chalked up to an error, but the second time is either just a careless oversight or someone not doing there job. It's just ridiculous how this dealership is run, poorly. I can't blame the salespeople but I can blame the management staff for not making sure things are run properly. More

Buying a car, and working with car sales people has never been a good experience for me. When my husband and I decided to look around, I was apprehensive. Danny made us comfortable from the start. My 2010 toyota RAV was near the end of its three year lease. I wanted to speak with the same sales person when I called yesterday on January 29th, Robert Ryan, because of the great experience with the lease. Well first I dealt with Jim Lanczycki in finances, he eagerly listened to what I had in mind about a new lease and encouraged me to come on in that same day. My mother and I were made to feel comfortable and yes even enjoyable. We had quite a bit of big belly laughs with Jim in his office- he's got quite a funny sense of humor at the "family business" style kind of atmosphere at Rt 44. Robert was there as well to help with questions we had, as always he is very informative and pleasant, even when I called back the next morning with more questions. Sean McCary was really sweet and attentive and I could tell he enjoys showing off a new set of wheels and seeing me happilly (sp)? driving off into the sunset- Ha!. He took all the time that I needed and demonstrated the perks on my awesome sound system. Also I briefly met a wonderful associate (Sean will know who I'm referring to)that drove my car to me for the final pick-up with a full tank of gas.( Thank you very much). What was especially nice about him is that he returned my beautiful hand made and hand-blown glass chime that I accidentely forget to take out from my old car. It was very special to me, I purchased from the gift store-OOPS! I kept it hanging from my rear-view mirror. I want to thank all of you for your help and you were all right, I am digging the power of my new V6 engine, VA-VA-VOOM !!! My Regards - Celeste More
I have been to Route 44 Toyota twice in the last year and a half and we bought both times. The first time we came in we were greeted by Wally who we ended up buying from. He was very polite, not at all pus a half and we bought both times. The first time we came in we were greeted by Wally who we ended up buying from. He was very polite, not at all pushy and very patient with us. I feel like we got a really good deal and we returned this year to buy a truck and did even better! The second experience was just as smooth and quick as the first transaction. Both times we got my vehicle within a day. Also worked with Joel and Glen who had us out in no time. I've read several of the previous comments and would just like to add that perhaps when you go to a car dealership, do your homework before you go, know what you want, how much your willing to pay and are serious about buying a car you wouldn't feel "pressured". These guys are trying to make a living, don't waste their time. Anyway when it comes time to trade in, Route 44, I'll be back. More
