New 2024 Toyota 4 runner w/ 5200 miles . Went to Rt 44 Toyota to have them look at slow leaking tire…. Told it had a nail in the side wall , cannot patch and said buy a new tire! They offered to replace the tire for $626.97 … what a xxx-ing rip off . I can buy that tire for $244. Elsewhere and mounting balancing old tire disposal and sales tax , a total less than $300. Furthermore, since Toyota new car warranty only gives oil change at 10,000 miles I wanted to more properly care for vehicle with two year free maintenance warranty I had them do oil change (at 5200 miles) at my expense. My question is if they are so greedy for a tire at $626.97 and money appears to be their god how can I be sure that hey even changed the oil let alone the filter . Then I went to a garage and I asked them to look at the tire - amazing , a finishing nail in the tread ( not the sidewall ) of the tire ! And 15 minutes and $15 the tire is repaired ! Though I tried to talk to several people at the dealership it was lik talking to a wall . This dealership will, given the opportunity, take advantage of a customer apparently not caring how hard blue collar people work for their money . And even worse , I am a 100 percent service connected disabled Marine Corps veteran and they could care less ! I am just another sheep for the wolves at Rt 44 Toyota to shear! Everyone and certainly military veterans should stay away from this dealership and spend their money elsewhere !!! Sad people like this are allowed to business Raynham Massachusetts. Do not even deserve 1 star!!!! Some nerve !!!!! More
Briough my granddaughter s Rav in for leaking sunroof . It was there a week , had to call several time even to have them look at it . Put a deposit down for a new Tacoma that was in transit 6 weeks ago, the day it was posted online. I was told I was the first to contact them and they would let me know when it was in and I could come up and weeks ago, the day it was posted online. Checked in after my "salesman" stopped responding to emails. Turns out they sold the truck to someone else the day it showed up and didn't even reach out to let me know. Still won't return my deposit either. Look elsewhere if you want a dealership with honesty and integrity. More

Never go to this dealership to purchase or sell anything. I’ve been going there for almost 2 years for my service needs and never had a problem about it. Since I’ve done all of my maintenance here they sent I’ve been going there for almost 2 years for my service needs and never had a problem about it. Since I’ve done all of my maintenance here they sent me an offer over mail to purchase my 2022 corolla hybrid. The inital offer in the letter was $20,588 and I was in cash need so I decided to take it. I called them to make sure they won’t require me to purchase new one and confirmed that they will give me AT LEAST this amount offered and potentially more for my vehicle. General manager KRISTEN said that they are shorted in used inventory and really want to get my vehicle for at least what it says in that offer. Guess what happened? I sent there my wife 30minutes later than this phone call and they offered her $16,000 lol. That was ridiculous their reason for difference was mileage on the carfax report blabla. Everything they already knew about vehicle while they sent me that mail. They literally know everything about my vehicle because they have done the service just 2 weeks ago. If they send an offer for a vehicle you don’t know the mileage you should go find another business I guess this is not foe you. FYI, carfax value of my vehicle is $24k and even wholesale value is almost $19k. They have some options similar to mine in the inventory and they sell for over $22-23k now, they basically tried to scam people who needs to sell their vehicle. I know if you run a business you gotta make profit but doesn’t it sound like a scam? Thank you for wasting time! And good luck to anyone who do business with these people! More

I kept getting told one thing by one person and then told the complete opposite by the next. A week into owning my Vehicle , My car overheated due to no coolant in my car, i popped open the hood and my coolant was completely dry. Come to find out there was no coolant running through my car at all. I went to go get it fixed, got it fixed. I went to go and collect my car, to find out that there is still a coolant leak, and they don’t know where it is coming from. I have gone back and forth with the dealer ship making appointments, showing up to said appointments, sitting in the waiting room for hours to find out what I went in for wasn't even done. Worst experience! More
I found a certified pre-owned car I liked on their website. I called in the morning to confirm it was still available and set a time for a test drive 2 hours later. I live a little over an hour from the dealership, soI called again as I left to again confirm the car was there, and I was told it was. Once I got to the dealership I met with the sales manager. He wasted 15 minutes of my time before telling me that the car "sold this morning", even though my second call to confirm availability was early afternoon. They wasted over two and a half hours of my time and lied to me multiple times. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. More

When we purchased the vehicle we explicitly stated we would be using this vehicle for a trip on our honeymoon the following weekend. On the night we brought the car home, the driver's headlight was out sand the heat didn't work. I emailed my salesman and he asked me to drive back am hour and a half, let his service department look at it. The next day I did just that. Sat at the dealership for an hour and a half finally the service advisor told me there was lack of coolant in the system and they filled it and the heat now works. I left, the heat did work. At this time there was no indication that they researched why there was no coolant to provide heat. During the following week I worked and prepared for my vacation/wedding/honeymoon, I noticed the lower engine cover was barely hanging on. I then messaged the salesman again, he said to bring it by and they would fix it. I did I was told they put new pins to hold up the cover, but on reality they only zip tied the piece on. 1200 miles into our trip it falls off. During our trip we noticed the vehicle was skipping a bit during acceleration, being the vehicle was higher miles I assumed it just needed a spark plug change. During the trip I message my sales person all this info and he states he is sorry and he has never had anything like this happen in his 10 years... We finally make it to our destination, Charleston South Carolina and things seemed ok. The next morning we go out to our car and start it, it idles very roughly and white smoke comes out the exhaust. Check engine light... Bring it to the local Ford dealership and they diagnose it as needing a new long block, $8400 repair. We just bought the vehicle for $15000. After three days of attempts to get this situation rectified by talking to management, service, sales, attempts to reach the general manager, owner all for not. The service manager states we are outside the mileage for lemon law etc... We are currently stuck with a vehicle we can not drive back to cape cod and no way to pay for the required service. Rt 44 has definitely made this a horrible situation and due to the stress and rt 44 telling us they were going to call us back, is waiting at the dealership for 5 hours with no return call. Next day they refuse to help on any way... We couldn't get married like we had planned and our vacation ruined. Thanks Rt 44 Toyota More
Bought a Toyota Tundra from here. They sold me a cover for the bed. I thought it was OEM turns out it was aftermarket and did not properly fit my truck.
