Customer Service: Sean McCarey really listened to what I was looking for in a car. I indicated I was interested in buying a used Toyota and Sean casually asked if I had considered leasing. I said I had thou was looking for in a car. I indicated I was interested in buying a used Toyota and Sean casually asked if I had considered leasing. I said I had thought about it, but I didn't think it was right for me and so we moved on to test driving some used cars. The ones he brought me were very close to my criteria. Sean listened to what I didn't like about each of them and then casually brought up leasing again. His thorough explanation of how the 'closed' lease worked, convinced me that it was right for me. Sean patiently worked with me negotiating a price, even though it had gotten quite late. Jim Lanczycki was also very patient with me as he went over the financing. Friendliness: Sean McCarey greeted me the minute I walked into the showroom with a warm and friendly smile. His "no pressure" attitude made my shopping experience very enjoyable. The next night when I went down to the dealership, Sean was helping another customer, yet he took the time to acknowledge my arrival, even called me by name. The night I could pick up my car, was actually Sean's day off, but when I arrived, there he was to finish the deal. Very Impressive! Overall Experience: I was made to feel like I was part of the Route 44 family and not just a number. On the night I picked up my Corolla, I was introduced to the managers of the Service dept and Parts dept. Price: I feel I got a very good price because I had been to other dealers and had done some research online. I appreciated the fact that all the numbers were explained to me. More
I went to purchase a new car and Sean told me their "best" offer. I returned later in the afternoon with my wife and 1 week old daughter. At the time, Sean was with another customer and took them on "best" offer. I returned later in the afternoon with my wife and 1 week old daughter. We spoke with one of the sales managers and said we could not afford their "best" price. They came down another $1,000 and w said that we were still too far away and since they couldn't work on a better price we shook hands and decided to leave. We contacted another Toyota dealership immediately after and got the exact same car for less than the price that we offered, without negotiation. That same night, Sean texted me a very unprofessional message at 8:17PM and insulted me for wasting his time, not buying their car and also called me a liar. We will never return to Route 44 Toyota and will ensure our friends and family do the same. More
I received a phone call from Sean on Friday afternoon about the 2010 rav 4 that I was to turn in due to the lease end and the purchase of another vehicle from another dealer. I came to Rte. 44 Toyota after having a dead-end experience at Copeland (Brockton). Dave listened to my specifications, knew or found answers to all of my questions, and found me the truck I was loo experience at Copeland (Brockton). I was also able to get some add-ons that other dealerships claimed were impossible. When my lease is up, I will be returning to Rte. 44 first. More

My husband and I came in knowing the vehicle that we wanted (new Rav4) and knowing the price that would fit into our budget. Dan, our sales guy was pleasant, knowledgeable, upfront, honest and no non-s wanted (new Rav4) and knowing the price that would fit into our budget. Dan, our sales guy was pleasant, knowledgeable, upfront, honest and no non-sense and worked very hard to get us what we wanted. John was the manager on duty who was incredibly nice, knowledgeable and friendly. Dan and John never pressured my husband and I, made us feel very comfortable and worked very hard to work out something that fit into our budget. All of these things were important since this was the THIRD Toyota dealership that we had visited (we were very unhappy with the customer service/sales teams at the other locations). Joel was the finance Manager who discussed different options with us, helping us to figure out exactly what we wanted and what would fit into our budget. It is important to point out that my husband and I were there LONG after the dealership 'closed'. Dan, John and Joel never once rushed us - they were all so patient and genuinely seemed to want to help my husband and I figure out whatever was going to be best for us. I would HIGHLY recommend this dealership to any friends and family purchasing a Toyota. We now plan on servicing our new Rav4 and also 2005 Corolla there and wouldn't think twice about buying another car from them when the time comes!! More
I had great experience at route 44. I looked at other Toyota dealers before I went to route 44, but my experiences were not comparable. Even after I purchased the car, the staff still kept in contact with me. They made sure I didn't have any concerns and that everything was going well with my car. I will definitely go to route 44Toyota again when it's time to purchase another car. I will also refer my friends and family to them. More
I was actually recommended to Dave by my cousin. I thought I would go see what if anything he could do for me. I didn't have very good credit, actually, poor credit. I needed a new/ used car because I travel quite a bit back and forth to work. When I got there, when I actually got out of my car he met me half way to the door to go in and automatically new it was me. He had paid attention to what I drove already and was eagerly waiting for me. I will also mention that because I work in retail he waited to see me at 7 pm at night knowing his dealership closed at 8pm. I was already impressed by my first encounter outside dealer. We sat for a few, we talked, and he found out everything he needed from me and got the office manager to get started on my credit and all the other "stuff" they do. We walked out to go look at what he had. I was a little concerned since what they had was either too big or too small and nothing was grabbing my eye. Then, Dave remembered a Nissan Rogue in a very pretty blue sitting down the way....there it was! Funny because I had told him, I am not a fan of blue cars...and he said..but this isn't blue, "it's blue!" I actually thought of it as "girl" blue so I fell in love immediately. We drove it, and it was confirmed, I wanted it! When we got back, there was some bad news, my existing car was unable to be traded, hmmmm..long story. I have been paying and not getting credited on my credit reports. Not good. So they were not taking my car, so I had to put money down, I was upset but Dave reeled me in and said don't stress let me see what I can do, Finally, we made a deal and after many days of trying to get me approved on my own, my sister ending up co-signing for me. I am not mad at it, frustrated a little that I couldn't do on my own. But Dave assured me, it was eventually going to help me since I will taking her off as soon as we are able to transfer it. I ended up convincing my sister to get a NEW Toyota from Dave!! So, the day she went to go talk to Dave and pick out her new Rav4, we signed all paperwork to get mine too! We went back a few days later and got to drive off the lot together in our new cars!!( Dave helped her as much as he helped me. I knew he was fairly new to the dealership and I told the finance guy that Dave was a keeper. He listens and doesn't push. Friendly as can be and is genuine in his willing to help. I LOVE my car and so does everyone else! I will continue to keep in touch with Dave and I will continue to send my friends and family to him. I know he truly cares about helping. Thank you to the finance team as well, for working so hard to help me. I truly love my purchase and in 2 years I will be back to trade UP! I will be asking for DAVE! Thank you!!!
