My experience was okay. I went in for a simply oil change at 830am. The service advisor was nice. My oil change and tire rotation was done quick by 915. I was excited. Once on the highway my car was shaking once I hit 60. Hmm that's new. Back to toyota. Come to find out they knocked off a weight and the tires needed to be rebalanced. No biggie I will wait. Again Service advisor was nice. Car is done in an hour. I am happy. On my way. I turn out of toyota and my car is making a huge thunk thunk noise. Now I am are you kidding me. Immediately turn back into toyota as I thought I was going to die. Come to find out the tire wasnt on correctly because they broke a stud! Another hour wait. No manager came over to acknowledge the 2 additional issues. Not the best customer service. Glad I am a patient person. In the end I left and car is fine. Service advisor was lovely. He was doing his best but these minor things aren't his fault. A simply procedure turned into an all day project. Glad I am patient and this didnt happen to a not so patient person. I am available little scared to come back to have service done. I give the service advisor 5 stars I give the mechanics 3 stars I give management 0 stars More

I had a very poor experience when I purchased my last vehicle. It took weeks for me to get my new car and the staff were not very helpful when concerns were voiced. 12 pm appointment for a one year maintenance plan checkup. Told when I arrived it would be an hour and fifteen minutes to an hour and a half. Total time waiting was two and a half hours for a tire ro checkup. Told when I arrived it would be an hour and fifteen minutes to an hour and a half. Total time waiting was two and a half hours for a tire rotation and oil change. The tech left my car in some sort of diagnostic mode and had to use ChatGPT to figure out how to get my dashboard back. The wait time was ridiculous for a scheduled maintenance with a confirmed appointment. Could totally understand if I dropped by without an appointment but this was unacceptable. More
