Very, very long wait. I think in total I was there about 5 hours and didn't hear about progress or updates once. I requested a state inspection alongside my work on the online portal but it was missed and was told the engineers were too busy and it would take several more hours. I've been coming for a long time but lately haven't been having the best experience, will be exploring other options. More

No personal touch, I wasn’t updated on any details on my vehicle. I was grateful they could help me. I was told 45 minutes for wait time. No updates and waited 90 minutes. We had a scheduled appointment. When we asked for Derek . We were told he just schedules appointments. With that said we meet Marvin and I will say couldn’t have been any happy with When we asked for Derek . We were told he just schedules appointments. With that said we meet Marvin and I will say couldn’t have been any happy with Marvin. He was great and when we buy another Toyota we will only buy and ask for Marvin. Again the only bad part of the experience was we made an appointment and was still at your location for 3 plus hours. That does not fall on Marvin that falls on upper management. Marvin keep up the good work I will only be back if you are still there next time around. More
