They don't make it easy. My expectations were not managed. I had to do my own tax, title, reg, and emissions on a brand-new car (or wait an extra week for them to do it), had My expectations were not managed. He was attentive to my needs and was very helpful in explaining how to link my phone to the radio and all the technological stuff that does not come He was attentive to my needs and was very helpful in explaining how to link my phone to the radio and all the technological stuff that does not come easy to me. He gave me as much time as I needed. He made sure I knew everything I needed to know about the workings of my new truck before I drove off with it.
