I was very disappointed! !! On 10/30, I took my wife's 24 Rav to you for an oil change. At that time, I was told that I needed to replace a cabin air filter,which was done. Re !! On 10/30, I took my wife's 24 Rav to you for an oil change. At that time, I was told that I needed to replace a cabin air filter,which was done. Returning yesterday 12/3 for a 24 month tire rotation, I was once again told I needed another cabin air filter to replace the one put on 10/30!!! Almost one month to the day, a charge for another $87.18. Debbie & I have been customers for ten years, both leasing & and buying the same vehicle before. We have maintained our vehicles at 44 religiously over these many years! I think we deserved a little more!
