I was not given an oil change due to the mileage but was expecting to have that service performed. I would have like to have been told before leaving the dealership that it was not done. My questions were not answered. It turns out that my car needed a part replaced and I was not informed of it the day I brought my car in for service. The reception was fine, however they were supposed to fix a heat shield while I was there for an oil change and it was not fixed. I now have to bring it back in in order to fix the heat shield.
