Great Experience at Performance Nissan I must admit I was not sure what to expect when I went to Performance Nissan in search of anew Rogue. I have been Leasing Rogues since they first were released and always dealt with another dealership for all my transactions. I was pleasantly surprised when I met Will and how helpful he was to me. He knew I was concerned about leasing and learning a new vehicle. He sat with me and patiently explained how all of the computer controls worked. Will took the time to review the items I needed to know immediately and said I should wait and learn the rest once I am comfortable with the car. What a great suggestion! In the week I have had this new Rogue, Will has called me twice to check in on how I was doing. He patiently answered all my questions and made helpful suggestions. I know I can call Will anytime with questions and he will be happy to help me. Will is a no pressure salesman who continues to have my best interest at heart. Made the experience more enjoyable than any car dealership I've been to. I would also recommend using the Enjio tool through the website. (the button that says "Unlock My Price" on the website) It gives the customer a no nonsense, bottom line price without having to spend hours negotiating. Got the great price I wanted without the hassle of the negotiation. In all, the experience was exceptional, the service and professionalism were top notch, and I would recommend anyone looking for a Nissan to go straight to this store and ask for Jordan. 10/10, thank you guys so much. Above and beyond... Wow, that's what i call service I had dropped off my 2013 for routine service and was driven by one the employees to my job which is less than a mile away. When I was called later I had dropped off my 2013 for routine service and was driven by one the employees to my job which is less than a mile away. When I was called later in the day that my car was ready I was in a meeting with customers of mine that went way longer than I thought. When I called Performance back and told them I had no idea of when I would be able get to them they had the same mechanic, I believe Al (I hope on right on that one) who dropped me off in the morning came to my place of business knocked on my office door as I still had my customers and dropped off my keys and told me my car was parked out front. I was so blown away and impressed by this act of kindness, caring and customer service. I deal with people every day, I know how important excellent customer service is. This was excellent service. The kind I like to provide to my customers. Well done!! Hope to be a customer for years to come. My Nissan was purchased at Route 23 Nissan. I love my Altima . Tim, Wayne and Michael in particular were terrific and a pleasure to deal with. Everyone I've met at Performance thus far have made me feel like a valued customer.
