Warning! !! Warning!!! Don't waste your time at this dealership. I was looking at thier 2018 Ford Edge for $19,888 come to find out they actully wanted $28,000 !! Warning!!! Don't waste your time at this dealership. I was looking at thier 2018 Ford Edge for $19,888 come to find out they actully wanted $28,000 for it. The salesman Ray who I thought was a stand up guy is a snake like the rest of them. When I 1st looked at the SUV it was advertised at $19,888. I get there test drive it, it seems nice I bring my wife back the next day to test drive it. When we go to make the deal, low & behold the real price is $28000. Something to the effect of (Now listen to this ) We took the SUV to ford to have it inspected for $4000. 1st of all you are a car dealership that fixes cars but you sent it to another dealer to inspect it for 4k, OK. Needless to say we did buy the Edge. The car is still listed 2 months later (I wonder why.) The price changed about 4 times on the website. Now it's listed at $18,999 So I call Ray again to see if they want to make a deal. He doesn't know we alreadly looked at the Edge, so I ask him what's the out the door price? Ray quotes the internet price, the sales tax, and the state fee's and that's it. So I say Ray we were there before that's all the fees? Then he comes back with the B.S. fees of the window etching & this $4000 inspection fee raisng the price to $26500. I wonder when he was going to tell us about these other fees? Sounds like a bait & switch to me. 23 Nissan, the manager (I can't remember his name), the sales people Ray the veteran, & Nadiuska Rodriguez all get an F! Nadiuska gets an F because she was the 1st sales person I was dealing with when I drove the Edge 1st time. No mention of the extra fees. They will waste your time if you let them. More

It’s always stressful looking for a new vehicle and I generally find dealerships very overwhelming. I have to say I didn’t feel this way at all with route 23 Nissan. We went over what I was looking for and the budget I had to work with. From the beginning I had a good feeling because he was not the typical sales guy putting pressure on the customer. He really took into account what worked for me and went above and beyond to make it happen. To me, showing he was genuinely there to help me was so nice and not seen often. I highly recommend if you’re looking for a car to speak with Zain. He won’t disappoint and you’ll walk out happy. 5 stars. Thank you! More
