To be straightforward the experience was a disaster. The salesperson lied about how long the car was on the market, the car was not ready and in extremely poor condition for the price. Route 23 was dishonest in their pricing. I paid over $7000 more than the listed internet price. I even had a $1900 trade in and they added extra money on to the price when I was trusting them to follow $7000 more than the listed internet price. I also waited for 5 hours to get the deal done. Ridiculous. More

This dealer used to be performance Nissan but since those names get changed like socks. The name Nissan is what we are concerned about. Had a faulty transmission in a 2014 Nissan Sentra SR that was involved names get changed like socks. The name Nissan is what we are concerned about. Had a faulty transmission in a 2014 Nissan Sentra SR that was involved in a major cvt lawsuit with multiple cars. On 11/23/19 with 78k the car had a remanufactured transmission installed at the Nissan dealer. On 4/26/21 with 99k the car’s transmission fails again. With the car at Nissan and not under any type of coverage I call Nissan direct for assistance. With non given towards the repair of vehicle it would be over $4k to fix. When asked to Paul Amaral the service manager if it is even worth putting in another remanufactured transmission when this is the second to fail on this car. He states that Nissan has fixed the issue and it’s better now. Not sure if Nissan has QA index cards for what to say but I think Paul needs a new set. It has been a stressful experience with the dealer and Nissan headquarters. Stay away from Nissan!! I drive up to 100 miles a day commuting to work. I need a good mpg reliable car to go from A to B and Nissan has failed to provide that. If I had went with the Hyundai 10yr 100k I still have coverage worry free More
