Vehicle was purchased elsewhere due to where I lived at the time. If I still lived near the dealership where I purchased this vehicle, I would have brought it there for repair to begin with. I guess when it comes time to purchase another Ford vehicle, I will go back to the original dealership as well. Dumb business practice and against Ford Motor Company policy. While you're fixing my vehicle, I could be browsing shiny new vehicles in your showroom. But I guess not. More

We actually were moved to tears on our trip home in our new car! We especially would like to acknowledge Michele Bamper and Michael “Mike” Keane who listened intently to our story of my misfortune during an ice storm. I totaled our beautiful family Dodge Nitro. They both went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure my wife Barbara was happy with her new “Certified One Owner Car” that was IDENTICAL to her “Fire Red Baby” that I destroyed. I had simply mentioned I was a military veteran, 100% Disabled American Vet (DAV) of the United States Army Infantry with 25 years of service and it seemed like the Seas’ Parted! WOW! They all opened their hearts to our military family! I insisted I just wanted a fair deal But Michael and Michele just kept saying to their highers up; “We need to take care of this guy” and believe me I’m here to tell you THEY DID!! The PATRIOTISM shown to me by everyone I met in person was UNBELIEVABLE. I was made to feel so special! It made me feel so proud to be an American who served my country for great Americans like this.
