Didn't feel like a car dealership This morning my car broke down and was in need for a new car so I decided to stop by Route 23 Auto Mall in Butler, NJ. When I walked in I was greeted by a very intelligent man named Harold Vargas. Harold was very professional and concerned with what I needed and he took the time to listen to my needs and wants. After going over everything I needed; Harold had the perfect car and was way below my budget. This was an amazing experience because Harold wasn't concerned about making money, but making me feel right at home. I needed a lot of help being an older man, Harold took the time to sit with me and show me how to use my car and went over every option not once but twice. He made sure I was comfortable. This truly was not a, "typical car dealership experience" that most people are used to. Thank you Harold for your hard work and knowledge on the products you offer. Look out for my referral. My friends and family will never shop at another car dealership again. Route 23 Auto Mall is the place to be and Harold Vargas is the man to see. I never felt pressured and when I thought I could never afford this vehicle because it was so much more car than any of the others I'd seen he patiently worked with me to come up with a deal and a payment I could handle.
