The agent said there were 58 walk-ins. So it’s first come first serve? What’s the point of making an appointment?! The wait was unacceptable. When I picked up the car, the team on the floor couldn’t seem to help me . They couldn’t find my paper work. It was unbelievable! I’m not looking forward to my next service appointment.
