Satisfying The services center is well organized with employees who provide great customer service. My sales person from when I first bought the car was Victor C The services center is well organized with employees who provide great customer service. My sales person from when I first bought the car was Victor Cardona and he helped me out beyond my expectations. His manager Milton was also helpful and patient with me in making my decision when I first brought my vehicle last August. I was fortunate enough to run into Victor again during my service and I was in and out of there as fast as possible. I appreciated Victor's warm welcome and polite friendly manners. However the dealership on route 22 I wouldn't ever step foot in again. The management there is horrible and customer service is the worst I have experienced. This is due mostly to two (2) people, Ilya and Najy. Najy first told me they don't do t&lc plates, and then when I said I have the money for the 13% downpayment his statement changed to we'll take care of everything. He even said I will get the plates within a week. However I didn't get me plate for over 2 months and ended up paying out of pocket and getting the plates myself. This is all thanks to Ilya in finance. I kept calling and asking him is he needs additional paper work and why are my plates taking so long he always replied with I am taking care of it. I was provided with regular plates instead of T&lc plates and when I spoke to Ilya he said I had to return the regular plates to the dealership in order to get the t&lc plates. Mind you I come from Brooklyn evertime I have to come to the dealership. After returning the regular plates to Ilya,He never sent the back to the dmv. Which the Dmv charged me for every day those plates where without insurance. During this process I wasn't even able to drive my vehicle because my temporary plates expired and I was refused new ones. I'm the end I ended up waiting a day at the TLC office, getting another plate letter, and wasting a day at the dmv paying of fees due to Ilya's actions of never returning the plates to the dmv. One word the I associate with the Route22 Dealershiis SCAM. More

Satisfied I got my rotors, brakes and drivetrain belt replaced. The wait took as long as expected and the price was as high as expected. Seems cold and impersonal. Customer names are just yelled out. I’ve owned all types of cars, used all types of service areas. Yours is not great. Only thing free to your customers is the air they breathe and a cup of coffee with fake cream. Would have been nice to meet the service advisor! More

I had to walk outside thru the gates to get my car which was a little dirty inside but nothing a wipe didn't take care of. I have never experienced that kind of non-service before but I am thankful for the car wash. More
