Worst Customer Service Ever After I decided to leave Jeep and lease from this establishment, I’ve had nothing but headaches from trying to resolve final payments with the Jeep. I After I decided to leave Jeep and lease from this establishment, I’ve had nothing but headaches from trying to resolve final payments with the Jeep. If I didn’t call to investigate why Jeep was contacting me about not making payments, I would’ve never known. Then I get hit with fees, after I was told not to worry about anything. I spoke to a “sales manager” Omar. He tried to tell me that wasn’t “apart of our deal”. After HE TOLD ME NOT TO WORRY ABOUT ANYTHING ELSE to make the sale. He claims I was yelling. I explained to him that I was upset and not yelling. I told him I wanted to speak to someone higher than him and he claims to be the “boss” of the sales department. Then said he didn’t want to speak to me and hung up. I called the dealer ship and asked to speak to someone higher than Omar. She wanted to put me on hold. I told her I didn’t want to be put on hold because every time I called, I would be put on hold then hung up on. She had the NERVE to tell that I was being unprofessional and that I was yelling and that’s why Omar has hung up on me. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP TO ANYONE. they give out business cards with phone numbers that ARE NEVER ANSWERED. and they are rude and feel entitled because they are a big dealership. It’s a shame I’m going to have to tell all the teachers and parents in the city of Newark not to go there. More

Poor communication with dealership Difficult to reach by phone. Scheduled service for recall item and dropped off car on Friday night for Saturday service. Picked up car on Monday mor Difficult to reach by phone. Scheduled service for recall item and dropped off car on Friday night for Saturday service. Picked up car on Monday morning. On Sunday, received an email that we missed our appointment (while the car was already serviced on Saturday.) Attempted to call the number in the email. Number no longer in service. Attempted to call dealership. Unable to reach anyone by phone and had to communicate by chat. Very unhappy with this part of the customer service experience. Rerrible Service Advisor I was there yesterday to get routine maintenance on our rav4. I discussed my goals with Evelyn Galioto and brought to her attention the discounts sha I was there yesterday to get routine maintenance on our rav4. I discussed my goals with Evelyn Galioto and brought to her attention the discounts shared in your email. She told me that I was entitled to $10 off. When the car service complete I looked at the bill and queried the missing discount. She asked me if I printed the coupon. I had not so she said I was not entitled, left me at the cashier and rudely walked away; no solution. My issues: Ms. Galiota did not want to be bothered with discounts from beginning to end Ms. Galiota showed no interest in satisfying the customer In this day and age on not killing trees with paper coupons many businesses honor discounts by just reviewing the customer's smartphone, why can't Route 22 Ms. Galiota never offered to resolve my issue and I had to wander about the floor to seek out the assistance of the assistant manager (ENNIS?) who was happy and courteously adjusted the bill Now my car lease ends this year and I question whether I will want to consider another lease via route 22 because of Mr. Galiota's lack of standard customer service. Also, by the way I was called 'boss' my every other worker in the establishment r and this is not a term of endearment; same as chief! More
