service at 90k Mr Veli who I know for years helped me get checked in quickly. Identified the basic and advanced updating I needed at 93k for my Highlander. He and the staff found a defective water pump (thankfully under warranty) and thin rear brakes when assessing the car. Although a multi hour wait in the lounge, my car runs more smoothly than before. I feel safer and confident that this vehicle will last me for several years. Well worth the time and money and investment. Was able to enjoy the lounge area while waiting. Can rely on the service advisers and staff for reasonable advice short and long term. More
