Some critique for Toyota as whole and why I left back one star: bridge the gap between Sales and Service. Sales blames Service, service blames Sales, during that customer is sent on a run-around because of disconnects between 2 entities that operate under the Toyota name. For the customer, we see Toyota, one name one brand, not 2 separate departments or buildings that can't be held liable for each other's mistakes. More
