I made an appointment to have some issues repaired that I was having with my 2019 Dodge Durango GT . Once it was dropped off ,Jeff the shop manager kept me updated with any and all neccessary information th was having with my 2019 Dodge Durango GT . They did amazing work and I recommend that anyone in the central NJ and surrounding areas who may own a Jeep, Dodge or Chrysler vehicle contact them if you want your vehicle handled properly and correctly. I had a service appointment for a drop off to diagnose my 24 Jeep and was told they couldn't look at it for 2 days. I asked for a loaner, sorry no loaner cars available till March 18th. Ok, so why would you book an appointment for me today and tell it would be 2 days before they can even look at car? Why wouldn't you book the appointment for the actaul day you can actually look at it. Really pathetic treatment of your customers. They could have told me when booking the appointment that they couldn't look at it for 2 days. If you dont have the ability to look at it then don't book the appointment at that time. Isn't it common sense that's what an "appointment " means? Terrible dealer, I honestly hope they go out of business. More

They charged me $130 and even claimed they had already given me a $50 discount. Unbelievable! The whole adjustment took less than five minutes, yet they still charged me $130. This is literally highway robbery with a license! After arguing with them for a while, they finally reduced the charge to $50. I will never go to this dealership again! More

Well, take my advice before five years are up get rid of it. When you purchase, they do not tell you the vehicle has TWO batteries and when they fail, they really fail, and the dealer makes mucho money charging to fix them. When purchasing this should be disclosed to the customer that the vehicle has two batteries and are very expensive to repair, nearly $1,000.00. They reduced it by a mere less than $200. I spoke to previous owners of Jeeps, and they got rid of the Jeep when the battery and or batteries failed. Same with me. Bye, bye Jeep. DO NOT BUY JEEPS UNLESS YOU CAN AFFORD TO HAVE BOTH BATTERIES REPAIRED! Also, if you have any complaints whatsoever which I had in the beginning concerning aspects of my sale, management does not acknowledge receipt of your letters or reply. Managment is poor. My dealing is with Jeremy and he is a nice fellow just doing his job, but he should have told me there are two batteries and very expensive to repair but then he would lose a sale, and he does have a family to support. Really nothing against Jeremy, although I wish he would have told me the expense involved; also, from speaking to others the break down begins in year five of owning the Jeep. My Jeep FIVE years old.
