Bruce Schwartz was very helpful right away when I walked into the show room. My intention was to ask about a flyer I received in the mail but ended up trading in my old car for a new car. Thanks to Bruce I into the show room. My intention was to ask about a flyer I received in the mail but ended up trading in my old car for a new car. Thanks to Bruce I don't have to worry about putting in the funds to do all the repairs on my old car. More
I broke down while out of state (GA). They had my truck back on the road 5 hours after I walked in the door. Service management and staff very professional. back on the road 5 hours after I walked in the door. Service management and staff very professional. More
I had my 2009 Grand Caravan in for an oil change a few months ago & inquired about having a recall/ service bulletin for the front brakes & bearings taken care of. At the time, the parts required were bac months ago & inquired about having a recall/ service bulletin for the front brakes & bearings taken care of. At the time, the parts required were backordered due to the high demand & not available from Chrysler (not the dealerships fault. I had the minivan in for an oil change last week & asked again about this. The parts were on backorder again, but Rich Warren (service advisor) & the service manager (who's name escapes me at the moment) assured me that they would take care of it as soon as the parts became available. While doing the oil change, the had the mechanic (service tech) Rich Steele pull all 4 wheels & do a complete brake inspection. I would also comment that Rich Steele is a TOP NOTCH mechanic who knows his trade & takes pride in his work! I say this as a "car guy" who is well versed in maintaining my small fleet of work-trucks & has done about every mechanical job except front end allignments. I also say this because of a conversation I overheard between him & another customer at the dealership a while back. The guy knows his stuff! While doing the brake inspection, they brought me out to show be a small bit of warping the rear brake rotors had developed. They offered to do the rear brakes then, but I didn't have the time & said I would bring the minivan back the next week when the parts for the front brakes were expected to be in. I dropped the minivan off on Friday morning before the dealership was opened. I knew that the backordered parts for the front brakes had not come in & left a note in an envelope with the key in the key drop. In my note I explained that my daughter was returning from an 8 month deployment to the pacific & middle east to the Naval Port in San Diego, where she is stationed & would be flying back to NJ in a week an a half. I asked that if there was any way to expedite getting the backodered parts for the front brakes in the next week so I could get the van back to them & have the brakes done before my daughter came back. I called Rich Warren around 10 AM to let him know I wouldn't be able to get there to pick up the van until about 5PM & to make sure that wasn't going to be too late on a Friday. I did not expect any answers on the front brakes yet & didn't intend to ask until I picked up the minivan. When I talked to Rich on the phone, he told me (out of the blue) "oh....about the front brakes....I will get the parts here & have all 4 brakes done by day's end. When I got to the dealership that evening, everything was done & the brakes are working 100% as they should be. I told Rich how much I appreciated everyone involved going the exta mile & getting things done. Thanks again to the whole team at Rt 18 Chrysler Jeep Dodge! You are TOP NOTCH in my book! Dave Mc. Service team is always courteous and gets the job done within timeline prescribed. They do a good job on confirming recommended service and not pushing repairs that aren't needed. within timeline prescribed. My recent experience with the Service department at Route 18 Auto has been an experience that will ensure me to come back over and over again. To me they are a 5 Star service department that will go out of their way to satisfy the customers needs. They took the time to ensure all repairs and parts were covered under warranty. Unlike past experiences with McDonaugh(which I paid for services that were covered under warranty and was forced to do repairs I didn't need). Even though I had to wait for parts for 2 weeks, I didn't mind because they did not leave me stranded. Rental car was offered and they even washed my car when all the work was all finished. Thank you! And I am so glad they have reopened and are focusing more on customers to make them satisfied, it has renewed my trust in dealerships. It was a hassle free experience! More
We have a 2005 grand caravan (74,000 mi). - Air/Heat switch not working. "R&R Blower motor resistor" was replaced. While checking results, mechanic (Fredo Malino) noticed a "clunking" noise from the swa switch not working. "R&R Blower motor resistor" was replaced. While checking results, mechanic (Fredo Malino) noticed a "clunking" noise from the swaybar. (I had gotten used to hearing the noise but didn't know what was causing it). Fredo determined that the "front sway bar bushings and links" needed replacing. While accomplishing this repair, he noticed that a right passenger wheel lug and two studs were stripped. Rich ordered the parts and they were replaced. My car now rides much better and smoother. Rich was able to charge me a reasonable price for all the work. Thanks especially to Rich for being helpful and pleasent to work with as were all the personnel I came in contact with. More

I worked with Josh over the phone to agree on a deal for a new 2012 Dodge Charger RT and I had a trade-in. We agreed to a deal on the phone because this dealer is over an hour from my home. When I arrived a new 2012 Dodge Charger RT and I had a trade-in. We agreed to a deal on the phone because this dealer is over an hour from my home. When I arrived at the dealer to consumate the deal and take delivery of my car all of the paperwork reflected the deal exactly as Josh and I had agreed to over the phone. No extra charges or attempts to charge for additional items. This was the best experience I have ever had when purchasing a new car from a dealer, and I have purchased many new cars over the last 25 years. Josh was very professional, knowledgable, and a pleasure to work with. More
