I Went in to get a spare key for my Grand Caravan. Rich and the staff were very kind and very efficient. He got my key and washed my car in a timely manner. I scheduled an appointment with this dealer on Monday for a recall and delivered the car today (Thursday) at 2pm as planned for a 1 hr recall job. Beside not having the part in stock (and not telling me when a recall and delivered the car today (Thursday) at 2pm as planned for a 1 hr recall job. Beside not having the part in stock (and not telling me when I dropped off the car, I had an appointment for that and just that, ) and being unable to perform the recall job... I went to pick up the car and I was struck with a broken solenoid that prevents the key from coming out of the ignition, and I was asked 500$ to fix a problem that I did NOT have when the car was given to them... and I never ever had that problem. Now I cannot take the keys out of the ignition and I still have to fix the part that has been recalled. Useless to say I do not trust this dealer a bit. Do you have any suggestion on how to proceed? Who is going to fix what they broke for incompetence or even worst while they were trying to cash on a situation like this in very bad faith? Of course I contacted Jeep about this... on a good note they also didn't make me pay for the 15$ wipers that were replaced, even if that is no compensation for the 500$ damage they created. After getting lots of BS from local dealerships and dealerships who claim to be "law enforcement friendly" I googled dealer reviews. I found Rt. 18 with great reviews and saw they had plenty of Dodge dealerships who claim to be "law enforcement friendly" I googled dealer reviews. I found Rt. 18 with great reviews and saw they had plenty of Dodge Rams in stock. I contacted Josh (he had great reviews) and told him I was on my way to the dealership which was 1 hour from my home. Josh was very nice and I explained that I did my homework and knew how much the dealership paid for the truck and I knew about holdback and the rebates available. I got a great deal and bought the truck with no hassles. Very impressed from start to finish. More

Purchased a used chevy pick up truck with service engine light issues, the service department actually took the truck to a chevy dealer, after replacing various parts with no success. Turns out the truck needed extensive repairs ( timing belt,tensioner and actuator sprocket ), all work was completed with no cost to me, alone with a nice loaner car while the parts were ordered and repairs made. I was very impressed with their service considering it was not a expensive truck. If their service was that good on a relatively small purchase, they must roll out the red carpet for new vehicle purchases. More
Went for a Oil change . Till then , my pacifica. After 2 days from the service , engine started knocking . They comfortably denied wrong doing . I called for scheduled maintenance on 2012 Durango and it was as if they were waiting for my call. I was able to bring truck in NEXT DAY and it was finished before I got comfortable in the waiting room in LE was as if they were waiting for my call. I was able to bring truck in NEXT DAY and it was finished before I got comfortable in the waiting room in LESS THAN 45mins. Maybe it was an hour but it FELT MUCH SHORTER. Rich Warren helped me with purchase of oil change 'package' which will save me a bit of money over the course of the NEXT 2yrs which I can honestly say, I'm looking forward to servicing vehicle at Rt18 because it has been so easy. I had a problem with my car, as I was on the New Jersey Turnpike heading south towards Washington, DC. The problem occurred on a Friday afternoon at 2pm.
