Sophia took her time with us explaining all the documents and made sure we understood everything and was patient as well. I purchased two other jeeps before this one and walked out of this location both times and purchased elsewhere because I couldn't make a deal and they were so rude. These three people were amazing and worked with me. As long as they are there I will be back for my next car. More

This review is in relation to the Service Department. As a rule, I don't usually write negative reviews. I'm a restaurateur and know how negative reviews can unfairly affect one's business, and I'm ultra As a rule, I don't usually write negative reviews. I'm a restaurateur and know how negative reviews can unfairly affect one's business, and I'm ultra-sensitive to the business owner. There are always exceptions to a rule, and I strongly believe my experience is one of those exceptions. I will not mention anyone by name, although I should. First, my car was with the service department for almost one month. Within that period of time, I only received two calls from them -- both seeking authorization to complete repairs that were not covered by the warranty. Any updates on the progress of the repair were always initiated by me; the timeline was never hit. I understand there are hundreds of customers, and they can't keep calling them with repair updates. True. But if your car is in the shop because of a singular problem -- a faulty fuel injector -- a month is unacceptable, and if they missed the original completion date, they should keep the customer informed. That's the least of it, and had that been the only issue, this review would not be written. Second, charging over $500 for a battery is egregious. When I brought the car in, the battery was fine. I have no idea how the battery needed replacement. That was not why my car stopped running. Be that as it may. Even with that issue, together with the lack of communication situation this review would not have been written. The part of the experience that forced me to write this review had to do with the fact that my warranty company felt that the charging for three hours of labor for something that should only take a half hour was way over the top and would consequently not be covered. That's a really big number at $220/hr plus tax. I suggested to my warranty company -- an extremely reputable and national company -- that it's not possible that a repair shop is claiming 6x the amount of labor time for the same process you think they are performing, and there must be a misunderstanding. The warranty company told me that they would have no problem paying for those hours if the dealership would explain -- not JUST produce the time sheet -- as to why this process required that much time. Absent such an explanation, they simply would not be able to cover the additional cost. To that end, I pleaded with the service department to provide this explanation, either verbally or in writing, to the warranty company. The dealership refused to do either and relied on the fact that the time sheet said what it said. In other words, their ultimate justification for charging 6x what the warranty company was willing to accept is because the "time sheet says so..." That's egregious. That's unacceptable. Even worse, when I voiced my displeasure over the phone to one of the service representatives, before picking up my car, I was hung up on. The fact is that the service department is overwhelmed. When I went to pick up my car -- literally when they opened -- there was a line six deep at the service counter. They can't give anyone with an issue that is somewhat out of the box the requisite amount of time to rectify -- or at least be courteous. This would also explain why, when I informed one of the representatives that, since my car is already in the shop, I would like to know why my 4 Wheel Drive Service warning light is illuminated, it went in one ear and out the other. When I picked up my car and got into it for the first time in a month, it was no surprise that the light was still illuminated. Again...completely overwhelmed and not a service department I would ever use again, nor recommend to anyone. Nor could I ever purchase from them, or recommend anyone doing the same. More
From the time I sent a text at night about the vehicle we purchased and got a human response, it began a journey of honesty from the beginning of the sale through finance and delivery, I have bought many ca purchased and got a human response, it began a journey of honesty from the beginning of the sale through finance and delivery, I have bought many cars over the years and this was one of the best experiences.
