We drove 5 hours one way to purchase a vehicle for our 16 year old daughter's early graduation present. Our initial contact over the phone with the sales lady, Carla was truly a great interaction. She worked her magic, along with her sales manager. Floyd Robinson to get us into the vehicle we wanted to buy without ever driving it or anything. Then add to the mix, the sweet Cameron Mackey who helped us get the ball rolling with the necessary paperwork to finalize the deal, 95% of which was done online. We drove to the dealership on Tuesday morning from 310 miles away, showing up before they open for the day, ready to be new owners of a white 2024 Ford Bronco Sport, our daughter's dream car. The entire sales team & managers treated us like "VIP"customers and by the time we left, it felt like we'd known everyone for years. Absolutely the best car buying experience we've ever had.
