I have issues with this dealership in the past, that were resolved satisfactory. I just a little concerned that on my last visit (12/12/23) my tire presure light was on, so I figured after they service the v resolved satisfactory. Brought to the attention of my service rep, was told my mechanic would go away, just drive it for a while. This is the second day of driving it for a while, with the light still on, and now I need to plan time to reschedule an appointment. I just feel like it should have been dealt with the first time. Time is something that is precises to me, never knowing what I have left on the clock. More

Usually very busy, yesterday not at all. Early morning service appt, for 10k standard service. In past, even when service is packed with arrivals, has taken about an hour. Yet took right under 2 hours, had to eventually ask what the heck. Employee said it just came up on computer as ready, checked me out, then when I went out to get car, I am told car not ready, have to check out couple more things. Went back in to say what up? He says what? He goes over to check out, comes back in my car. Appreciate that guy. But seriously, definitely slow day in Service. Why so long, why confusion at pick-up, why incorrect info told to me from pick-up, blah blah. When scheduling standard service, always told about an hour. What happened yesterday? And of course I heard other customers saying same thing..all complaining over 2 hours, and all same same same. More
