Very disappointed. 0.5/10 would not recommend. Horrible customer service. They were harassing me with phone calls and even CALLED MY WORK. Which is a hospital, by the way. Purchased a new car, had not intended to. Dealer beat the price-point we were looking for by a few dollars. The process was tedious and long, but agent was courteous and knowledgeable. The sales person and his sales manager I have little good things to say! Until I complained to high management did I get results, respect, customer service expected!
