Lousy service! I had my SUV serviced for oil changed and tire rotation. Tires were underinflated but invoice states tires at required psi, oil change reminder was n I had my SUV serviced for oil changed and tire rotation. Roseville Toyota's service SUCKS! I paid for a Lithia Lifetime Oil Change.....tried to make appt but when I said "Lithia Lifetime" they said I would have to be scheduled late in the I paid for a Lithia Lifetime Oil Change.....tried to make appt but when I said "Lithia Lifetime" they said I would have to be scheduled late in the day.....took them 2 1/2 hours to change my oil. Will NEVER got to Roseville Toyota again! (they only schedule cash customers earlier in the day) More
All I wanted to do was pay the price they advertised for the car. Looking at the itemized list I see thousands added for accessories such as LoJack, SafeCat and I can't even remember what else. I specifically went to this dealership because of a used car they had advertised, which was in my budget. Test drove the car and was interested in purchasing. Of course I realized there would be taxes, DMV fees, etc but the addition of their "non-optional" accessories was not in the budget. And they refused to remove them! After more discussion, and hours passing, they "did me a favor" and removed two of the accessories. When I would still not agree to sign the paperwork, I was told that the process was taking longer than normal because I refused to be flexible. Because I would only agree to pay the advertised price! They kept making tiny reductions to the LoJack and SafeCat but I finally had to walk out. I wanted to buy the car! Why did it need to take 4 hours and so much frustration?? Our initial salesman was actually a pure delight and he's the only reason I stuck around for as long as I did. I really wanted him to get the sale. Sorry Rafat, you are a treasure and deserve better:) (love to Jackie Chan😉) More
