One of the salesmen at Roseville Toyota, Mr Ali, told me, all of our cars come equipped with LoJack, cool. Giving you the impression it was already equipped by the dealership, awesome right? Not so fast, me, all of our cars come equipped with LoJack, cool. Giving you the impression it was already equipped by the dealership, awesome right? Not so fast, you will find out that you have to pay for it even if you didn't want it. You will find the nearly $900.00 charge on your sales invoice, wait, that's if you get your sales invoice. I purchased my 2023 Rave4 limited Jul 13 2023. I got a flash drive that after closer examination showed only the LoJack information nothing more. I called the dealership the following week asking to speak with Finance and ended up speaking with a "Sales Manager" that assured me I would receive it ASAP. The next week(still no sales invoice) I called again another dealership representative assured me I would get the documents. Aug 6 or 7 I don't recall the exact date I completed a Toyota Survey stating my dissatisfaction. Aug 8 I received an email from the dealers customer service dept "reaching out to me" to discuss my negative feedback. I explained what I have stated here. Aug 9 I received and email from Finance (Lori Gilliar), "I am out of the office but was just made aware you received an incomplete thumb drive. My apologies I was not aware, and we do have occasion where the uploads are corrupted in transmission therefore incomplete. I did not know you had called in requesting documents to be emailed and don't know why whoever you spoke to did not do this right away. On Friday when I am back at work I'll email you your contract." That Friday would have been Aug 11. As of today Aug 16, 34 days after I drove the car off the lot I still have no contract. I'm a 75 year old Vietnam Veteran, I've always been a man of my word. The lack of respect from this dealership reminds me of how I was treated when I came home from the war. I would not recommend doing business with Roseville Toyota. More
Dishonest, tried a bait and switch con game on me. Got a call from Willian Garcia sales manager on 7/10 and made an appointment for 7/11 at 2pm. Never showed up even after a text saying my wife and I were there. He had said he would lower the dealer mark up. On 7/12 got a call from a sells man named Juan. He said come in and he would lower the dealer mark up. Got there at 12 noon and when over a vehicle that was in production and offered 2500 over invoice. He went to make the offer and he brought out another sells person with a sheet with just numbers on it. Going over the numbers I realized that this was a different vehicle. He presented it as the one I was negotiating with Juan. I'm 80 years old and they thought I wouldn't know what kind of dishonest game they were running. Never go to this dealership with con men posing as sells people. More

I had a horrible experience. My window randomly shattered so I called Roseville Toyota to schedule and replace it. After a day and a half of trying to get a hold of them I finall My window randomly shattered so I called Roseville Toyota to schedule and replace it. After a day and a half of trying to get a hold of them I finally drove there and was able to receive the invoice and schedule an appointment so that my insurance would cover it, the service advisor Gary, who scheduled the appointment also said that he ordered the part. Monday morning I showed up for my appointment and he said oh the parts not here yet so it looks like it can be here on Wednesday. He gave me this whole spiel about how he ordered it and not sure why it’s late and he’s usually really good about tracking it blah blah blah. Pretty sure he never ordered it by the long explanation he gave. Left my 4Runner and had to extend my rental car. I also asked that they service my car while it’s there since the dash keeps giving me the notice that maintenance is due. He stated my maintenance wasn’t due until 31,000 miles however I am due for a tire rotation so they will do that and they will clear the maintenance records so I stop getting the notification on my car. Wednesday comes around. I try to get a hold of the advisor most of the day and can’t get a hold of him, he finally gets back to me and lets me know that the part is now not going be here until Friday morning so it was delayed again. Friday comes and I try to get a hold of Gary again but don’t hear from him. I contacted the service department multiple times and even tried to talk to a manager and I kept on getting told I would get a call back, but never did. For almost the whole day it was like this, finally at about 4:45 PM he messages me and says let me get an update on your 4Runner, I’m not sure what’s going on with it. Then, 15 minutes before closing he says your car is done you can come pick it up. Well, needless to say, I live more than 15 minutes away so I wasn’t going to make it before they close, and at that point the insurance company is closed for the weekend in order to pay for it.( he said they can’t release my car until they pay the invoice) Monday comes around and I try to get hold of Gerry again with no responses, so does the insurance company to be able to make the payment, she’s finally able to talk to somebody and they state that he’s out until Wednesday and I’ll have to wait until Wednesday to pick up my car so we both call multiple times to speak to a manager insurance adjuster essentially throws a fit they let her make the payment so that I can pick my car up. I head to Roseville Toyota to pick up my car. They bring it to the front. I’ll take a look around it and there was two paint chip/dings literally below my window that they caused while doing the repair so of course I speak to a manager. He tries to explain to me that it’s caused by some thing else. I showed him the pictures of the vehicle after the window broke, and there was nothing there before I dropped it off which means that they did the damage, they also didn’t vacuum out any of the glass that had fell into the vehicle nor did they do any of the maintenance that was supposed to be done or clear the maintenance record. Honestly was the worst experience and I will never be going back to Roseville Toyota. I will always be going to a different Toyota location. It was horrible!!!! More

All in all we had a great experience with our purchase. Chris L was easy to work with and very communicative. The pleasurable experience continued into finance where Isiah was helpful and fun to work with, Chris L was easy to work with and very communicative.
