I arrived late that evening not really expecting to drive away with a new truck. Salesman(Landon)stayed with me thru the test drive and the finance department made it simple, no hassle signing process and go away with a new truck. Very well pleased with entire dealership. I have been a nissan guy pretty much all my life. Ronnie Watkins Ford changed that. They gave me what I needed on my trade in(4,000 dollars more)than any of the nissan dealers. To me loyalty means alot and nissan didn't make me feal that way, quite the opposite as a matter of fact. I purchased a car from Ronnie Watkins on January 15th. Everything was great at first and then everything went downhill. While signing the papers on the vehicle I purchased from here, I spoke to the salesm Everything was great at first and then everything went downhill. While signing the papers on the vehicle I purchased from here, I spoke to the salesman who sold me the car about the torn driver seat and was told he would have it fixed. He walks away, comes back and tells me he ordered a seat cover for it. I was hoping for an actual fix since they didn’t want to come off of the asking price, but it’s fine. Not even one week later after purchasing this car, I walked outside and had a puddle of water sitting on my dash. I called to speak with the salesman, I was told they would check it out once the seat cover came in. February hits and I noticed a payment was pulled out of my bank account for the vehicle I traded in. I called to speak with the salesman again and was told he wasn’t available. I left my name and number, didn’t hear back until 4-5 days later. While waiting to hear back, I reached out to USAA and was told they never received a check from Ronnie Watkins to pay off the vehicle I traded in. The salesman called me back, I explained the situation to him and was told he would jump on it and he would handle it. I didn’t hear anything back until almost a week later. I attempted multiple times to reach out during that time, but didn’t hear anything back until almost a week later. He finally calls me back, asks for more info and tells me he will call back. I continued to check my loan while waiting and it still showed my remaining balanced owed. I decided to call the sales manager and told him what was going on. He gave my info to someone in financial and they took care of it. I was told by Ronnie Watkins that USAA must have lost the check but then was told by the salesman that they didn’t have the correct info on the check that they sent. Towards the end of February we had a lot of rain coming, I called to see if I could have the leak checked out and was once again told they would check it out once the cover came in. I asked the salesman when that would be and he notified me nobody had ordered it. He said he told someone else to do it and “they must have not done their job.” I called again in March about the seat cover because I knew they wouldn’t check out the leak without the cover being there and I was told the parts guy was on vacation and wouldn’t be back until a week later so he couldn’t see a tracking #. I called again around the end of March and was told the salesman was off. They took my name and number and said he would call me back. He called me back the next day and said the cover would be delivered between April 11-14th. It is now July 8th and I’ve heard nothing from anyone. I’ve made at least 20 calls since purchasing this car. I don’t have the seat cover and I have horrible water damage. When I pay $36,000 for an used 2016 car, I expect it to be fixed and fixed right especially when I’m told and promised they will fix it. I will not be back. I’ll be going somewhere else for maintenance and future purchases. I have never dealt with so much back and forth/ waiting as I have here. 6 months of waiting and nobody has tried to make it right. I’ve been nothing but patient and nice but enough is enough. I now have to take this car somewhere to have the upholstery fixed, leak checked out and seat replaced. I came to this place because they had good reviews, but I obviously have not had the same experience as others. Very unsatisfied... More
