And when it turned out they only had the high end "limited" trim in stock, instead of trying to talk me into a car that though beautiful had more bells and whistles than I needed, they went searching among partnership dealers to locate the exact car I wanted. Just a few days later, Gio, another knowledgable and attentive sales rep who had joined my sales team personally drove up to Kirkland Washington to bring my car down, then patiently went over with me all the details of its functions.
