I have been bringing my car here for servicing ever since I got it even though there is a dealership closer to my house. I have been satisfied with the service I have received. This purchase experience was terrible! I purchased a used Volvo xc60 plug in hybrid from these folks. They advertised, and then sold me the car stating that it had under 2000 miles on it I purchased a used Volvo xc60 plug in hybrid from these folks. They advertised, and then sold me the car stating that it had under 2000 miles on it. They had read the trip meter instead of the odometer. We discovered the mistake when we were almost home 120 miles away. The car actually had over 6000 miles on it. they sent me new documents to sign a couple of days later. They compensated me just over $400 for their mistake. In all of our back and forth on this matter I talked to several people. Not one of those folks actually admitted a mistake had been made and apologized. They acted put out to have to deal with me and made me feel like i was being an imposition to them. some folks were worse than others, but the overall experience was very uncomfortable. I almost felt like this could be one of their sales techniques, and they just happened to be caught. Not a good experience at all. More
