My initial contact through phone was with David, completion of the purchase, this dealership was more than accomodating and amazingly personable! My initial contact through phone was with David, the head of internet sales. He was very kind, quickly confirmed the availability of the vehicle I wanted to check out and even texted me directions on how to get to the dealership. Upon arrival, I was immediately greeted and introduced to Robert the salesman who would be showing me the 2017 Ford Explorer I came to see. Robert was professional, yet very personable and made sure I was taken care of throughout the entire buying process. He made purchasing from Ron Tonkin Honda an absolute great experience! After deciding the vehicle was the right SUV for me, Evan - another member of the Tonkin staff assisted me with the paperwork. He too was very personable and made the signing process quick, simple and hassle free (~ 30 min total to complete all paperwork!) Working with my credit union, he was able to help me get a great rate! To top off the great experience I had during the purchasing process, Robert and Josiah, a car detailer at Tonkin cut into their own personal time to make sure I was able to have the vehicle delivered to my home that same evening. They personally drove the vehicle almost an hour away to my home and dropped the vehicle off in what would be considered after hours for the dealership. This level of service is beyond exceptional in my books. Not to mention Josiah re-detailed the SUV and had it looking amazing when they dropped it off!
