Your experience of this dealership will depend on who you work with. The sales person I initially worked with was Niketo and he was great throughout the process. Next I dealt with Evan who is a finance manager. This dealership has a new grad discount program if you are graduating in the next 6 months and have a firm job offer then you qualify for a couple extra perks. I am graduating in 3 months and have a 6 figure job offer so I figured this shouldn’t be a problem as I met the needed qualifications plus had 10,000 down. Evan made it seem like the fact that I was not yet working would be a problem. And that they weren’t going to be able to finance me. If thats the case I’m not sure why they advertise the new grad program on their website. When I tried to get more information about some of the extended warranty charges I felt that he was somewhat evasive and did not take the time to properly explain my options. I felt pressured into make a quick decision. As a new buyer I did not feel supported through this part of the process by Evan. Lastly I dealt with Teresa who was friendly and gave me a discount on my tire warranty. This part was pretty quick and straightforward. More
