Terrible service, my father who is older and doesn’t know how to word things told service to fix the front camera on a 2016 ford transit connect.. and they said they fixed it but there is no camera on this v how to word things told service to fix the front camera on a 2016 ford transit connect.. and they said they fixed it but there is no camera on this vehicle in the front makes no sense for them to say they fixed it. On top of that they said the parking sensors were working when the vehicle left that’s completely false I drove the van home and the parking sensors did not go off, and when I went to drop off the vehicle for a 3rd time, I waited for a guy to answer 3 separate phone calls and then walk to the back and then address me while I waited there for 15-20 minutes very unprofessional dealer in my experience. More

I go to pay and the bill is for $995. After I lost my xxxx he got it changed to $882 which is still not the $860 I agreed to....I would find another dealership before you get ripped off here More
Terrible Experience Bought my vehicle in for warranty work. I waited for two months minimum for a sync 3 module to come in for of my vehicle. When the part came in I rece Bought my vehicle in for warranty work. I waited for two months minimum for a sync 3 module to come in for of my vehicle. When the part came in I received a phone call from my service guy Michael shadle. We scheduled for service the following week. I arrive for service as scheduled. Apparently they sent my parts back without contacting me. The service manager is completely useless in this case. Instead of rectifying the issue they've decided they'd rather not work on my vehicle. Sweet! I'll take my vehicle elsewhere. Thanks for not being professional and not holding yourselves accountable. If this is how the service department is.. then I wonder how the sales department treats you. More
Great service I love the service at Tirapelli. I went to a different, local Ford dealership before and had HORRIBLE customer service. My last visit was for a manufa I love the service at Tirapelli. I went to a different, local Ford dealership before and had HORRIBLE customer service. My last visit was for a manufacturer recall and oil change. Without an issue, they transported me home while they worked on my car. They did call and suggest I purchase new tires and has a wrote available at the time of their call. All work was completed and they picked me up at home to bring me back to my car. Never an issue, hassle, eye roll, or attitude look he I received at the other dealership. Repair of a leaking tail light cover. I had an appointment to have the tail light cover replaced. When the car was finished, the service writer noticed that the other side was full of I had an appointment to have the tail light cover replaced. When the car was finished, the service writer noticed that the other side was full of condensation. She told me that I would be contacted to bring my car back for replacement of the other cover. What wonderful service. I love Ron Tirapelli Ford and all of the people working there are courteous, knowledgeable, hard working employees. Thank you Ron Tirapelli Ford. More
