Best service dept I have ever been to. Heather and the team were awesome Thank you all so much for everything! She runs better now then when I originally bought her used! I brought her in for an oil change and they found an issue right away. Within 10 minutes of being there I was put in a rental and they fixed and covered everything they did! Once again. Thank you all at Ron Tirapelli Ford for everything. I know where my escape will go from this point forward for everything!! More

When the transmission went out in my 2020 F-350 about 20 miles from home, I chose to have it towed back to this dealer even though I had about six others that were closer. Having a relocated from the area y miles from home, I chose to have it towed back to this dealer even though I had about six others that were closer. Having a relocated from the area years ago, but currently working here, I was still somewhat familiar with Ron Tirapelli Ford. I had no clue what kind of wait time I was looking at or parts availability that would cause issues. I am glad I chose to bring it to them because they had me in and out in less than a week. I was very surprised at that and would recommend their service department to anyone. More
