Colin Kramer took the time to help me find the Maverick that I really wanted. He explained the differences of the models and showed me a few before I ultimately ended up selecting the vehicle in the showro that I really wanted. I’ve been trying for two days to get a courtesy ride to the dealership to purchase a used car. There is absolutely no follow through at all regarding used vehicles.
