Jerked around over an amount less then $200 After doing a carfax on the vehicle I found out the car had an accident when the papers they showed me had no accident reported. I was also told that I can purchase the vehicle if and only if an employee wasn't going to purchase the vehicle first. In any other situation I would think the person with cash would be the first person allowed to purchase the vehicle. Obviously I'm upset I wasn't able to purchase the car but after this maybe it was a good thing. More
2nd HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE I went to this dealership on January 2, 2016. I dealt with a sales consultant by the name of Fidel Ovalle. I was looking for a 2015/2016 ford focus. H I went to this dealership on January 2, 2016. I dealt with a sales consultant by the name of Fidel Ovalle. I was looking for a 2015/2016 ford focus. He came out & showed me where the cars where, I test drove one, we then proceeded inside to get a appraisal on my trade in. I told him I was interested in the car but could we look for another color? He then told me that Ford was offering a 500.00 off on a Ford Focus, never told me what HE could do. He said they didn't have many 2015 in the lot that he would have to check other dealers & he would get back to me. UNFORTUNATLY that NEVER happened not 1 call back. Apparently Mr. Ovalle doesn't need a job or cares about his job!! So I went to Fair Oaks Ford/Lincoln in Naperville a week later, found out that FORD was giving a 2000.00 rebate w/0% financing on 2015 Ford Focus SE! So long & behold on Jan 16th, 2016 I bought a 2015 Ford Focus SE from Fair/Oaks!! The sad thing is, this happened to my son 2 yrs ago with a different saleman from Ron Tirapelli ford. He warned me BUT I gave the benefit of the doubt! No more I will never recommend this dealer again apparently you guys don't need a job!! NEVER AGAIN!! Tina More
Purchased F150 last weekend I walked into the dealer at 11:30 am and walked out at 4:30 pm with a new Ford F 150. The sales associate Adam Hernandez was excellent to work with and I would highly recommend purchasing a Ford from him if you are in the market for a new vehicle. During the 5 hours I spent at the dealer test driving, negotiating with Adam, his sales manager and especially myself (very large purchase totally unexpected) , Adam was more than patient and very personable. Overall a very good experience. More

terrible service experience Both my cigarette lighter and auxiliary outlets were out. The service department charged me for a diagnostic test only to tell me what I stated above. Both plugs needed to be replaced. Do you think? I requested to delete the $100.00 diagnostic charge from the bill given that I explained what was wrong when I walked in the door. They refused to listen to reason. I told them if I brought in a flash light with fresh batteries but the bulb was burned out, would you charge me for a diagnostic test? In summary, consider yourself warned. I now go to Rod Baker Ford for far superior service. More
Went there to purchase a vehicle, just about to do businness and was rudely put out of the dealership. The sales manager walked me to the door, and stated" I will not sell you a car," and tryed to ph businness and was rudely put out of the dealership. The sales manager walked me to the door, and stated" I will not sell you a car," and tryed to physically push me out the door all because I showed him I could purchase the same vehicle he was selling me at cargurus.com for cheaper. The also went on that site and erased my review of them. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM, HORRIBLE!!!! More
My husband and I went into this dealership on a whim, to see if they had any vehicles that we were looking for. From the minute we walked in, we felt welcome. We had come in with a pre-approval from Capitol one, yes the blank check program...there was a lot more fine print that we had not noticed. Mod started showing us cars and Nick started w the finance of it. We do not have perfect credit, but not bad enough to not get a car. The long of the short, they ad 2 vehicles that we liked, they stated the numbers. In the end, neither worked for our payment we wanted. I recd a call 2 days later saying they are till working on it, and got in 2 vehicles that will work. I webt, looked, chose and went home. My family n I returned 2 days later to the payment we had been looking for. Ths dealership NEVER gave up when we didn't want a high car payment, as 2 other Ford dealerships did. And to top it off, we had been there a few hours, so they insisted on getting us something to eat, since it was later and we had our kids. Hands down BEST service in a dealership in 15+ years! Thank you Ron Tirapelli, we are life long customers and friends! Oh also we took our brother back 2 days later, he also left happily with a car! More
