Repair of a leaking tail light cover. I had an appointment to have the tail light cover replaced. When the car was finished, the service writer noticed that the other side was full of I had an appointment to have the tail light cover replaced. When the car was finished, the service writer noticed that the other side was full of condensation. She told me that I would be contacted to bring my car back for replacement of the other cover. Dave the service manager suggested that I have plenty of Warranty just deal with the noise until something happens NICE on a brand new truck!Place is a joke!MY LAST FORD I EVER BUY! More

Thankfully, I got in contact with Justin Barnes and knew I was in much better hands at Ron Tirapelli Ford. I had a lot of requirements for my new Ford Escape (color, sports package, tech package, vista roof), and Justin made it happen. He went out of his way to find and get exactly what I was looking for. He made the lease end process from one Escape to a new Escape super easy and took time to answer any and every question I had. After I purchased my new Escape, Justin followed up to make sure I had exactly what I wanted and that I understood how to use all the new features of my Escape. Go see Justin for your next car, truck, or SUV! I also purchased the glass coat package that was offered and Kelly Cabay was super friendly and professional while making sure the process of dropping off my Escape and securing a loaner car for the day went smoothly.
