Repair of a leaking tail light cover. I had an appointment to have the tail light cover replaced. When the car was finished, the service writer noticed that the other side was full of I had an appointment to have the tail light cover replaced. When the car was finished, the service writer noticed that the other side was full of condensation. She told me that I would be contacted to bring my car back for replacement of the other cover. He made the lease end process from one Escape to a new Escape super easy and took time to answer any and every question I had.
