So disappointed in Tirapelli Ford. Dropped off car because brakes dangerously spongy. Dealership ran “diagnostic” then removed and replaced 1 year old brakes. Nine days and $1k later Dropped off car because brakes dangerously spongy. Dealership ran “diagnostic” then removed and replaced 1 year old brakes. Nine days and $1k later, I picked up car. Brakes still spongy with slow response time. The dealer report on services performed even notes that brakes are still soft. Seems like dealer mechanics couldn’t diagnose problem so they charged me for brakes that didn’t correct anything. I called national Ford hotline and they recommended a list of possible root causes of problem and recommended dealer perform another diagnostic. Don’t know if I can trust Tirapelli to make my car safe. More

Drove to this dealership from about 45 miles out looking to trade my SUV for a truck. Was told my car appraised MUCH lower than what I was offered elsewhere. I shared information I had gathered from previou to trade my SUV for a truck. Was told my car appraised MUCH lower than what I was offered elsewhere. I shared information I had gathered from previous dealers and CarMax. Regardless of what I told them they did not seem in a hurry to sell the truck. The dealership was understaffed and unwilling to work with the buyer. I did go in closer to closing time and it seemed like everyone was worried about going home instead of doing the work needed to sell a car and provide the "world class" customer service they brag about. It's unfortunate that dealerships are still ran like sandlots looking to make top dollar for low value vehicles. More
