I’m speculating the good reviews are supplied by employees or dealer paid influencers and I fell for them. I saw a used vehicle and based on the reviews contact them asking if the vehicle was availa employees or dealer paid influencers and I fell for them. I saw a used vehicle and based on the reviews contact them asking if the vehicle was available at the advertised price. Jake confirmed it was and had me apply for financing. It was only after they pulled my credit and saw my financing ability that all the unnecessary up-sale items began piling on. The first was. “Paint & Fab product that has already been applied to all vehicles in our inventory” with a promise I would be contact about more. I asked why this isn’t already included in the advertised price if you know in advance it is done to all vehicles. I further indicated I don’t need anything but mandatory government fees being added and since then there have been no more contact from the salesperson or dealership. I assume it is their policy to ignore any consumer who won’t be taken advantage of with additional fees. If you choose to risk thousands in unnecessary fees at this dealership please research "Dealer Fees to Avoid" and I wish you luck. For me I will happily find a more reputable dealership to purchase from that won’t try to extort additional funds with deceptive business practices and unnecessary fees. Now lets see how many of those influencers post misleading positive reviews to try and burry this one. More

Deb was a pleasure to work with. No nonsense approach. I ended up with a top of the line 2019 caravan and with lower mileage at the same cost. Great Experience After a bad experience at different Marhofer location 3 years ago I never wanted to do business with them again. Richard Walters at the Super Center c After a bad experience at different Marhofer location 3 years ago I never wanted to do business with them again. Richard Walters at the Super Center changed my mind! Richard was polite, patient, informative and very accommodating. Never once did I feel pressured to purchase and he addressed every concern I had over the 2 or 3 weeks of my search for a new vehicle. Richard definitely restored my confidence in the Marhofer name. Also, kudos to Tyler Jenkins at the Canton location. Tyler took the time to show me a vehicle despite the fact that I was not his customer and said to have Richard meet me there for a test drive if I was interested. All around, it was a great experience! More

Deb took the time to understand our needs and talked through our options without pressuring us to make a purchase. I cannot say enough wonderful things about her!
