We live in Florida and were going to purchase a car for our daughter in Ohio. We went online, found the car we were wanting for her and within a very, very short period of time we had a deal. We got a better price than any other dealership in northeast Ohio. Mason was so very easy to work with. With us being in Florida, he sent us extra photos of the car, and answered all of our questions asap. My husband flew up to Akron and was going to get the car for our daughter and come back home the next day. Mason picked him up from the airpot, took him to the dealership and even gave him a car to drive to go pick our daughter up and bring her to the dealership. He even brought him a can of coke when he went to pick him up. The deal went way, way, way better than we could have ever even expected. It was easy, quick and went so smoothly. No problems at all. I wish I could say the same for all the other vehicles we have purchaed. Even when we bought a BMW we didn't even get 1/4 of the same service at that dealership. If we decide to buy a car again, we will definitely fly up from Florida to buy here. my husband and I have very high standards when it comes to customer service, and I think this is the first time we could ever say that the service went way beyond being great. The sales people will tell you outright that they do not work on commission, so they are there to find the right vehicle YOU are looking for. Not what they want to try to put you in. Even while inside waiting for the paperwork to be completed, you don't feel tense or pressured. The only reason I gave them a 4 on price is just because I think the prices could always be lower. But that's no matter where you go, not just them. I checked on the BBB website, and Ron Marhofer has an A+ rating on all of their car lots. Not too hard to imagine why after you've dealt with them. Top notch all the way!! I've already recommended them to my friends and coworkers for the next time they are looking for a new/used car. More
