Scheduling an appointment is always easy and convient. The service advisors go above and beyond they greet you upon arrival and discuss the reason for the visit, updates are provided during the appointment including photos of issue found and their recommendations. Ron Marhofer Hyundai has been a blessing and a trusted source for my vehicle maintenance for almost 6 years - each visit leaves me impressed than the previous one. They are truly top-notch, caring professionals. More

I'm sure this doesn't happen all the time. I had the ABSOLUTE worst experience here. I got a text that said I was due for an oil change. I called them and SCHEDULED an appointment. I got a confirmation text for my appointment, 7:45 AM. I drop it off at 3am because of my work schedule. I get a call at 8:01 saying they're getting ready to pull my car in. They ask me if I want a few extra service totalling $400. I decline. I get a text about 8:30 asking me if I wanted to trade or sell my car. I didn't respond. I go to pick up my car about 2:30 pm. It hasn't been touched. I ask why. They said they were really busy. I said I had an appointment at 7:45AM. They proceeded to tell me how busy the were and they were sorry. I should have been the absolute first car they worked on. NOPE. I think since I declined the extra services they were mad and put it off . I just think a, "we were busy,sorry about that " is not good enough. They gave me a loaner. They acted like they were doing me a favor. I spoke with someone very high up. He apologized up and down. You are supposed to make things right when you run a business. NOPE. I basically got a sorry about that and that's it. I read all these reviews and really wonder if they are legit. Just an awful experience. I guess if you go there and they are going to make money off of you they will treat you great. More
