I came in this past Saturday to have my Challenger serviced. I regularly bring my Ram 1500 here, and as always, Andrew took great care of me. To be honest, I used to take my truck to SouthFork Dodge because it was closer, but they failed to deliver every time… especially their service department. Advisors would avoid customers, give the runaround, and seemed completely unclear on repairs and timelines. Overall, it felt like a lack of proper training, including at the service management level. He had to order because one was stripped then I had to wait another hour after he told me it was five more minutes about was not a great experience. More
