Scheduled oil change and tire rotation for 11:00; when I arrived, there were no service agents anywhere in sight. Fifteen minutes later agent arrived; car went in for service at 11:30 and reappeared shortly arrived, there were no service agents anywhere in sight. Service advisor was very attentive but the problem is the technician in the quick lube service were awful. One was smoking a cigarette the other one was talking and showed no motivation to get the service do technician in the quick lube service were awful. I had my 2010 Yukon towed in to have a battery replaced. Two days later, and over $200 for an "evaluation" and installation labor, plus the $200 battery, I walked out with a $400 bill. Dealer has a truck on the web site like it is for sale. Drive from Callahan to look at the vehicle and was told it was ordered for someone and not for sale. I called the dealer to ask why it was on the website and not for sale. Was told the gm must have put it on the website when it was ordered. Dealer should make sure that the website is accurate to prevent customers from wasting half a day in time and the gas to look at a truck that was never for sale. More
