We encourage all of our guests, whether they are shoppers, car buyers or service customers, to post feedback on dealerrater.com. We have signs and door stickers asking for unvarnished reviews. Once in a "blue moon" we are not on the same wavelength as the customer. This is obviously the case here. When I read the review, I discussed it with our salesman, Bill. He was totally shocked at the way this customer took the encounter. I had a few private emails back and forth with shanp, and we both stated our views. I told her that we ended 2011 as the #1 Toyota dealer in our district of Upstate NY, and #4 out of all 113 Toyota Dealers in NY, NJ, and CT with a 99.08% Sales Satisfaction Index per Toyota Motor Sales USA, so whatever her take was on the encounter, it is not the norm of what our customers tell us through Toyota's extensive followup process.
