Our entire experience at Glens Falls Toyota was outstanding. Between the sales associate to the finance manager, everyone was helpful and knowledgeable. My husband and I just bought our second Prius from Glens Falls Toyota. We bought the first one five years ago. We didn't even check out dealers closer to our home about 50 miles away. All the staff there are very helpful and the service department is excellent. While we were closing the deal, we asked if they could change the key battery on our first Prius and they did that at no charge! We were extremely satisfied with the instructions our sales person Gabriella before we took the car home. We would definitely recommend Glens Falls Toyota to those looking for knowledgeable people who do not pressure you to buy!! More
My husband & I were looking for a new Toyota. We had a Toyota Corolla 2009 for a trade in. Our Corolla was our first ever Toyota. We had a great experience with the Corolla, and knew that we wanted an a Toyota Corolla 2009 for a trade in. Our Corolla was our first ever Toyota. We had a great experience with the Corolla, and knew that we wanted another Toyota. We had gone to a Toyota dealership in Rutland, VT. first. They hadn't given us a very good price for a trade-in, so we informed that dealership that we were going somewhere else to see if we could get a better deal. That's when we arrived at your dealership in Glens Falls, NY. We were greeted right away, and Bill introduced himself to us and asked what we were looking for. We let him know that we were looking for a RAV 4. We were hoping for a Red one. They did have a Red in 2011, and they gave us a good price for a trade in ($1,000 more than the VT. Dealership) so we bought it. We were very happy to see the nice Service Station. I love the fact that they have Saturday hours also. We are very happy with our RAV 4, and we're happy with the Sevice we recieved from your dealership in Glens Falls, NY. Thank-you Bryan & Patricia Corwin More
Over the past 20 years that I have lived in Queensbury I have given this dealership 4 occasions to win my business. Each time I go elsewhere. My partner and I are trying to decide whether to buy a used car have given this dealership 4 occasions to win my business. Each time I go elsewhere. My partner and I are trying to decide whether to buy a used car that has good gas mileage for me to drive my 100 mile trip to and from work, making us a 3 car family, or to buy a new Prius and get rid of her Honda CRV. After Bill 'let' us look around the lot he came back and basically gave us very little information. The only thing my partner really wants in any car that we decide on is a moon roof and he proceeded to state that "the people buying the Prius are more 'responsible' buyers that are primarily looking for gas mileage." When I responded that thankfully these cars will one day be the norm on the road so why wouldn't you put a moon roof on for a customer? His lip actually curled! He went on to say that if they put a moon roof on for a customer they would also put in leather and everything else. ??? We only 'asked' about the moon roof. This person did not make a single indication that he wanted our business. This guy was the final straw. If I am in this area for 50 more years I will never go back to this dealership. One more thing, 30 years ago when my partner was younger she visited GFT and was told to 'come back when she grew up'! She had already bought her first house.At least they have been consistent over the years. More
Absolutely the best test drive and purchase experience I have ever had looking for a vehicle to buy. Employees were knowledgeable, patient and not at all pushy. My experience at Glens Falls Toyota was the most pleasant car buying experience ever. As a single woman with not so great credit, needing a new car was causing me some stress and working with some dealershi car buying experience ever. Our salesperson, Mike Abodeely, whom we spent the most time with, really did go above and beyond in helping us. He came in on his day off to make our vehicle pick-up a positive experience and he took all the time necessary to familiarize us with the way everything works in the vehicle. I was shown a vehicle and given a fair price for it. My trade in, recieved a reasonable evaluation. I was not steared to a more expensive model, which I was also shown.
