When I dropped my car off for inspection I was asked did I want my tires rotated, I said no then Danielle called me at home to ask me if I wanted tires rotated, I said no, she then proceeded to tell me othe I want my tires rotated, I said no then Danielle called me at home to ask me if I wanted tires rotated, I said no, she then proceeded to tell me other services I would need in future,spark plugs etc, I had a lot of work done at 100,000 miles, did you look at. First time since there since Glens Falls Toyota changed to Romeo Toyota. Service staff were friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. . Unfortunately, I had to wait, but service was completed and I was on to Romeo Toyota. Service staff were friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. . Unfortunately, I had to wait, but service was completed and I was on my way in just over and hour after getting oil change, tire rotation, and securing a heat shield that was making a rattling sound. They did a mini-point inspection and shared with me their findings. Waiting area was clean and welcoming. Since we are in the middle of a pandemic, seating was spaced out, and there were multiple hand sanitizing stations. Overall great experience, as much as waiting for your car to be serviced can be. A little pricey, but typical and expected. They didn’t communicate with live video chat and I’m glad they didn’t! They did communicate via standard text messaging which was just fine. More

Came from 2 hours away to continue doing business with this dealership, unaware of the ownership change. As I was doing everything in a single trip it was a lengthy visit. During my visit I was able to ob this dealership, unaware of the ownership change. As I was doing everything in a single trip it was a lengthy visit. During my visit I was able to observe a group that while needing organization were very earnest and really working to fill the gaps. The two sales representatives I worked with were tremendous throughout the day. In challenging situations the effort to maintain quality and customer satisfaction were evident. I even witnessed the owner negotiating directly with a customer, full transparency. I have no reference for pandemic car buying, but, I left satisfied with my experience. More

Service and reception were terrific. However I will not return since there is no attempt to maintain masks for COVID safety.
