Comfortable I felt very comfortable and un-rushed. There was never a moment which I felt that I was being given an answer that was pushy or dishonest. Joe did not I felt very comfortable and un-rushed. There was never a moment which I felt that I was being given an answer that was pushy or dishonest. Joe did not try to sell me something for the sake of making a sale, He showed me a few options that fit my needs and made good suggestions to guide me. What closed the deal for me was the patience and knowledge Joe showed us as he answered all our questions, even before he was aware we would be making a purchase. Thank you for helping us. More

Good service & communication! My purchase was not your standard purchase as my vehicle was limited edition - couldn’t be ordered and wasn’t found anywhere I wanted to drive to. They didn’t have what I wanted color wise but obtained it from another dealership quickly. I felt they were fair with my trade in and I was satisfied with the final purchase price. Colleen, my sales person, explained everything well and encouraged me repeatedly not to hesitate to call and, if necessary, schedule an appointment with her to go over anything after I drove it off the lot. We have very positive experience with their’ service department with our other vehicle. I highly recommend this dealership!!! More

Very Poor Customer Service This is the 3rd time I’ve left my Tacoma all day and at the end of the day the work wasn’t completed. No courtesy phone call as a heads up either. I s This is the 3rd time I’ve left my Tacoma all day and at the end of the day the work wasn’t completed. No courtesy phone call as a heads up either. I specifically called one week in advance to discuss 3 items; oil change, spray the underside/frame due to no rust perforation from previous inspection and check the propeller shaft universal joints. Since I was told all 3 items could be done I scheduled the appointment for 4/30/18. I was told my truck would be worked on first thing Monday morning so I left it Sunday night. By Monday at 3:30pm my vehicle wasn’t ready and I was told they couldn’t do the spraying because that needs to be ordered. We don’t stock it yet the customer service rep. a week earlier put me on hold to double check with Jim the Service Manager to make sure all three items could be performed on 4/30/18. What a waste of my time considering I could use many other service centers but I like to try and keep my business local. Besides the service center customer service reps. don’t know what the other one is doing or saying. Very poor customer service. More
