I love my new Kia hybrid and it's all thanks to the sales team at Romeo Toyota. I loved how the sales person had me test drive a top of the line gas vehicle instead of the hybrids I was interested in. I especially appreciate that the next day the used vehicle I originally wanted to purchase was magically available. Being able to test drive both that car after the top of the line gas car and the new Corolla Cross helped me really understand the poor the quality of the Toyotas I had originally been considering buying. Making me wait to talk to the finance person when you knew I was already late for another meeting was just a fantastic way to end our appointment. I'm so happy with my new Kia Sportage Hybrid I purchased instead. The best part is all the money I saved buying a new Kia rather than the used Toyota I wanted to buy originally. I hadn't been considering a new car until then, nor had I considered purchasing looking at anything other than a Toyota. More

Amy left Romeo and was informed by our new salesman Brandon Fischer who was knowledgeable, courteous and attentive to my needs. He even offered to help me after my surgery if I needed something moved in my house. Brandon got me what I needed for my trade in and was upfront with me throughout the process. So much so that a week later we went back to him for my fiancés car. I am very confident he will get us the car we want for the price want. His coworker David Beaury helped us one day when BrNdon had two customers in front of us. David was just as nice, courteous, and helpful as Brandon and Amy. That’s 3 for 3 in my book! More
