Was very pleased with our original salesperson Amy Breault. She was very responsive in getting back to us and answered all our questions. I while I was searching for car I had surgery for cancer. Amy Breault. She was very responsive in getting back to us and answered all our questions. I while I was searching for car I had surgery for cancer. Amy left Romeo and was informed by our new salesman Brandon Fischer who was knowledgeable, courteous and attentive to my needs. He even offered to help me after my surgery if I needed something moved in my house. Brandon got me what I needed for my trade in and was upfront with me throughout the process. So much so that a week later we went back to him for my fiancés car. I am very confident he will get us the car we want for the price want. His coworker David Beaury helped us one day when BrNdon had two customers in front of us. David was just as nice, courteous, and helpful as Brandon and Amy. That’s 3 for 3 in my book! More

I had my 2015 Prius with 153,000 miles towed to Romeo Toyota due to an major engine noise. The service department identified the issue has misfire on cylinder #3, a clogged intake manifold, throttle bod Toyota due to an major engine noise. The service department identified the issue has misfire on cylinder #3, a clogged intake manifold, throttle body and spark plugs. They told me that after doing the work the car would be good as new at a cost of $1450. That all sounded fine to me, so I had the work done. After replacing the parts, there still was a continuous misfire on cylinder #3. There is a major internal failure in the engine. The service manager, Ben, suggested I talked to sales and work in the cost of the repair into the purchase of a new or used car. After talking with the salesman, and seeing the prices of the used cars on the lot (more than the price of new), I asked Ben if he could locate a used motor. Romeo provided used motor quotes from nearby auto salvage, Jerry Browns. There was a motor with !40k miles and it was quoted at $3500 from Romeo. I did quick search of Jerry Browns website and found the same motor for $2400. I've already given Romeo $1450 for a broken car and they are still trying to mark up used parts by over a $1k. On top of it all...the services department had the nerve to add a 3% credit card transaction fee on top of the invoice. I will not be giving my business to Romeo and I suggest you also check out other dealerships. Its definitely not the old Glens Falls Toyota. More
