Aside from phone service or customer service, in PERSON service was poor. The service representative demeanor was he didn't want to be there, I was wasting his time and seemed aggravated when I gave a list service was poor. Rep argued with me again about my warranty. No shuttle service available to get a rental. Had to walk from dealership to Enterprise. Hopefully my truck is fixed after the 5th time being here. More

My Aimee and I were looking to find me a reliable car that I fit in. Being 6' 5" tall. Not an easy task. Also my 1st time buying what I consider a new car. My wife and I bought a certified pre owned 2018 that I fit in. Being 6' 5" tall. Not an easy task. Also my 1st time buying what I consider a new car. My wife and I bought a certified pre owned 2018 Chevy Traverse. My wife and I live near Albany, New York. So we went to a few local dealerships in Albany and received very poor service. I was very discouraged about buying a new car. Until my lovely wife and I trecked all the way to Romeo's Chevy Dealership in Lake Katrine, NY. Where George DaSilva made me feel welcomed and no question was answered like it was foolish. He made me feel respected ... He found my wife and I a vehicle we both love and feel comfortable driving. He kept the price in the range we needed for the purchase to be financially reasonable for my family. I want to personally thank George and the staff for treating me like family ... You guys are amazing ... I will not buy a car from anywhere else with out going to George 1st from here on in ... More

Best new car purchase experience ever! I have bought many cars and trucks in my 80 years and it was never as easy as this, First was my sales guy, Zobaer Hasan, whom I met as I walked in I have bought many cars and trucks in my 80 years and it was never as easy as this, First was my sales guy, Zobaer Hasan, whom I met as I walked in the door, we talked for only a few minutes and were eye to eye on what I wanted and what he could do for me. A day later my wife and I were building the car SHE wanted and two days later she drove it home. Paper work for registration, insurance transfer, financing, et all, were all done quickly, by Steve and other staff folks. Really great! I'll be back and will send friends! More

I have never dealt with someone from a long-distance business transaction standpoint who has been so flawless to work with. Each and every day she answered all my questions, came up with creative solutions to potential stumbling blocks and in general made the transaction extremely perfect from start to finish.
