Failed to Disclose BEWARE - BEWARE - BEWARE!!!! Recently purchased a new Mercedes from this dealer. Was told that the vehicle I had purchased had the options I requested BEWARE - BEWARE - BEWARE!!!! Recently purchased a new Mercedes from this dealer. Was told that the vehicle I had purchased had the options I requested i.e Navigation, Bluetooth and Blind spot Monitoring, only to find out at delivery of the vehicle that the navigation system was an after market Garmin system that isn't compatible with the factory installed Bluetooth system. Since I had already traded in by vehicle I had little choice but to accept the car. After complaining to Mercedes (a complete waste of time) and complaining to the dealers customer service I received a call from the GM Murad Abdel ( who sold me the car) offering to reimburse me for the cost of the aftermarket system, a check which has failed to show up in my mailbox as yet. The GM uses deceptive sales practices to push out cars and should be held accountable by someone in the Mercedes organization. More

Mark Bono the General Manager, he has always given me a great deal, he's rewarded my loyalty by being transparent with the numbers, getting me the right car, given me great purchasing advice, and will not be beaten for my business. John Bruno the Service Manager is the best, no messing around, no up-selling, no 'extra' bits need fixing - great guy. My next Mercedes will be my 8th (6th from Romano, 2 in the UK), I will be staying with Romano. More
We bought 2 cars from them in the past 6 months. A 2012 ML350 and a 2012 E350.We used the USAA buying program which worked well. It was a very positive experience from start to finish. We even got a follow up phone call from Mr Romano asking if there was anything he could personally do to make the buying experience better. We never had an owner call us before.
