Mark Bono the General Manager, he has always given me a great deal, he's rewarded my loyalty by being transparent with the numbers, getting me the right car, given me great purchasing advice, and will not be beaten for my business. John Bruno the Service Manager is the best, no messing around, no up-selling, no 'extra' bits need fixing - great guy. We bought 2 cars from them in the past 6 months. A 2012 ML350 and a 2012 E350.We used the USAA buying program which worked well. It was a very positive experience from start to finish.
