The New York DMV investigated and found the dealership at fault for failing to properly diagnose and repair the damage. He then took them to small claims court — and the arbitrator ruled fully in my husband’s favor, ordering Mercedes-Benz of Syracuse to pay the maximum amount of $5,000 in damages. If you’ve experienced something similar, you can also file a DMV complaint and pursue legal action — it’s worth doing because you don’t have to just accept poor service or damage to your vehicle. Good vehicles, good luck getting them serviced You can never get an appointment for service at this dealership. It takes at least a month to get in to their service center. At best, you are looking at 2 weeks to get in for something simple. At worst, it could be two months or more. Second repair expensive, car was there for a week. I picked it up at 4 pm. Turned it on at 730 am the next morning still running poorly and a check engine light. Then the next day another alarm.
