Coming to the end of our lease with our 4th CX5 I needed a larger vehicle. We contacted our salesperson Marivic F and explained our needs. Marivic located a Ford Explorer at the Romano Ford dealership that a larger vehicle. We contacted our salesperson Marivic F and explained our needs. Marivic located a Ford Explorer at the Romano Ford dealership that she and Steve were able to obtain for me. We were also attempting to get my son into the CX5 that I was trading in for the Explorer. Marivic and Steve worked with both me and my son to get us into our new vehicles. Having some hurdles to get past, Marivic and Steve were able to pull off the impossible and get both my son and me into our new vehicles. Both Marivic and Steve went above and beyond what any salesperson would normally ever do. The transaction of trading in two vehicles and purchasing two vehicles went extremely smooth.
