The setup of glass-enclosed sales offices on the perimeter of the showroom, each with a client and customer service representative in process of discussion, helped me to feel that the personnel at the dealership were experienced and ready to answer all my questions. All personnel that I met at the showroom were easy to talk with and presented a sense of wanting to help the customer at each step of the journey with their vehicle.
