They gave me a price quote on the phone to do a repair but then when I went to pick up my car the price was $200 more expensive and my car wasn't even fixed it was still having the same issue that I broug but then when I went to pick up my car the price was $200 more expensive and my car wasn't even fixed it was still having the same issue that I brought it in for. He told me they had to order a part to fix it and bring my car back next week. Overall they seem to treat me extremely poorly as I am a woman and try and take advantage of me. I would recommend this dealer - and I have. This is my second new vehicle from Romano VW and Ford. I sent my sister there, as well. Both the VW and Ford Service Depts. are exceptional.
